Beyonce and Jay-ZRemember all of the big conspiracy theories that were floating around while Beyonce was pregnant? Some were certain that she wasn't carrying a real baby, but thought she was just pretending to be pregnant, while some surrogate did all the real growing elsewhere. A video in which her fake bump appeared to deflate was all the "proof" they needed. While her rep shot down rumors while she was pregnant, Beyonce recently did some shooting herself for the first time.

She told People, “That was crazy. It wasn’t hurtful, it was just crazy. [I thought] ‘Where did they come up with this?’” While she seems to find the whole thing rather amusing, there's one person who sees nothing funny about people speculating as to who really carried little Blue Ivy Carter -- and it isn't Jay-Z.

The person those rumors bothered the most? Beyonce's own mother, Tina Knowles. Knowles told the magazine:

I thought it was very unfair and very cruel that someone would think that someone would be that diabolical to keep up a charade like that for nine months. As a mother it was painful for me to hear the crazy rumors. And I even had people ask me, which was so ridiculous.

As for the supposed deflating of the fake baby people thought they saw, she said “It was a fabric that folded — does fabric not fold? Oh my gosh, so stupid.”

Okay phew, the family has spoken, and that will put to rest all of the conspiracy theories once and for all, right? Of course not. Anyone who was bored/gullible/suspicious enough to believe them in the first place certainly isn't going to be swayed by the family's word. In fact, I'm sure it will somehow just fuel a whole new firestorm of accusations and doubters (Just look at the comments on the People article if you have any doubt.).

In the end though, who really cares? Blue Ivy is here; she's with her real parents; and she's gorgeous. Unless, of course, you believe the whole fake baby rumors too.

Did you ever believe Beyonce was faking her pregnancy? Do you still?
