Family-favorite party store, Display & Costume, is opening a new location in Issaquah, just in time for Halloween. The ribbon cutting will take place on Friday, Sept. 28, at noon, with fun activities for kids all weekend long.
Families can receive 20 percent of all purchases, a free reusable bag with a $25 purchase, free face painting and animal balloons on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and a chance to meet Sammy the Salmon on Saturday from 3 to 4 p.m.
