Have a Heart for Kids Day on Wednesday, Jan. 30, is your day to speak up for kids at the Capitol. Join hundreds of children, parents, grandparents and advocates from all over Washington for an inspiring day of advocacy, organized by the Children’s Alliance.
The day includes workshops to learn about the issues and key messages, a march to the Capitol and opportunities to visit your legislator. The event runs from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and kicks off at the United Churches of Olympia (across from the Capitol). Children and youth are welcome.
